3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (recommended: Kikkoman brand)
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 heaping tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts – cubed or sliced in thin strips
Freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
paprika – to taste
Garlic powder – to taste
1/2 of a medium onion
2 green onions, green and white parts, sliced
sesame seeds – as needed
salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl combine chicken, onion, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Allow to marinate 10 minutes
In a hot skillet sear the chicken till slightly gold brown, then add the soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and honey.
Mix everything together and simmer on medium high heat until the sauce reduce and become sticky and the chicken is cooked through.
Last few seconds of cooking add as much or little sesame seeds as you prefer!
Serve this up with some steamed rice and veggies! enjoy!
