Ingredients
For the seasoning paste
1 tbsp oil(of your choice)
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp McCormick gourmet Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp Keith Lorren scotch bonnet hotsauce
1 tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/4 cup red bell peppers
1/4 cup yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup green bell peppers
5 large garlic cloves chopped
1 pound chicken wings

In a large bowl mix everything above and allow to marinate 30 minutes to up to over night
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, add your chicken to the oven and roast until perfectly golden browned and cooked through. Enjoy!
