2 cups heavy cream
2 cup whole milk
2/3 cups granulated sugar
6 egg yolks
1/3 cup of the rum soaks raisins drained (see below)
2 tbsp of the rum from the rum soaked raisins
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp coconut extract

Rum soaked raisins
1 1/2 cups golden raisins
1 cup white rum
1/2 cup moscato
Add the raisins to a mason jar and cover with the alcohol and soak in the refrigerator for 24 hrs or longer for stronger rum taste
