Ingredients
3 bone in beef shanks
1 cup kobacha squash(or yellow pumpkin) cut into chunks
1 chayote squash washed and chopped
3 medium sized carrots (washed peeled and chopped into cubes)
2 red skin potatoes (washed peeled and chopped into cubes)
2 bouillon cubes
1 habanero pepper (seeds and ribs removed)
1 pack grace soup mix(this can be found in any international market or smaller supermarkets in the Caribbean aisle)
6 fresh thyme sprigs
8 cups of water or enough to completely submerge the beef

Dumplin
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
