Ingredients
3 cups cooked brown rice
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce(more to taste)
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1/3 cup chopped scallions
2 large eggs
3 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp grated or finely chopped fresh ginger
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup cooked steak cut into cubes or small pieces

Using a wok or cast iron skillet get your pan very hot, add 2 tbsp of the sesame oil. Then add the onions and sauté until brown around edges and begin to soften. Add the ginger and garlic sauté another 1 minute. . Add the rice and steak constantly stirring for 2-3 minutes until combined.. Add the bean sprouts and soy sauce and sauté another 1 minutes constantly mixing and tossing. Make a well in the middle of the skillet and add the beaten eggs mixing constantly until scrambled, then mix to combine with the rice. Lastly add the scallions and the last tbsp of sesame oil. Turn the heat off still mixing and tossing everything until combined. Enjoy!
