5 lb honey ham(any ham will work with this recipe)
2 large Cans of halved peaches
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
1 heaping tbsp Dijon mustard
2 inches fresh ginger sliced in half
Fresh Cloves as needed( you only need 3 for the sauce) the rest enough for the size ham you are making.
1 1/2 cups of the canned peaches chopped into cubes
1/4 cup concentrated melon cantaloupe syrup ( IF YOU CANNOT FIND THIS SYRUP YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE WITH PEACH PRESERVES or PEACH CHUTNEY or PEACH JAM, IF YOU USE THE SUBSTITUTED METHOD ADD 1/4 CUP WATER TO YOUR SAUCE AS WELL. )
Salt and pepper to taste.
