Ingredients 1 1/2 tsp tamarind powder lime zest( from one lime) lime juice (from 1 lime) 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1tbsp honey salt(to taste) pepper(to taste)
Season the salmon with the above ingredients except the honey, roast in oven 12-15 minutes oven temperature 425 degrees. Half way through cooking time drizzle honey all over salmon, put back in the oven to finish cooking. Garnish with some fresh scallions and more lime wedge, Enjoy!
Ingredients 1 whole 1 1/2 pound seabass 4 tbsp grated orange zest 1 tablespoon tamarind powder(add more if desired) its strong crushed garlic 4 cloves 1/3 cup thin sliced white onion garlic powder 3 tablespoon scallion 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup of the fresh juice from the orange zested salt and pepper
Slice the fish across, should be at least 5 pieces 2 inch thick cuts Add the olive oil and all the above except garlic, orange juice and onion Mix the seasoning all over the fish, let marinate 30 minutes in the fridge In a pan add the orange juice and sprinkle the onions and garlic in the pan Add the fish, do not cover Bake in a screaming hot 450 degree oven for 12 minutes or until your desired doneness When done base the fish with the pan juices and serve Enjoy!
Season salmon with salt pepper and coat with the honey. In a food processor add the pistachios, cilantro,parsley,thyme, garlic and melted tbsp butter, pulse until you have a grainy consistency. Coat the top of the salmon with the pistachio mixture, bake 375 for 12 minutes top should be golden brown and fish should be cooked through. Garnish with thin sliced scallions and a small drizzle of honey.
